Job Description

As a marketing associate, you will support MindMaze’s marketing specialists in an interdisciplinary environment including sales, engineering, clinical and regulatory teams.

In particular, you will:

  • Build and maintain a complete competitive landscape report focusing on both competitor technology and positioning (content, features, technology, pricing, value proposition, unique selling point…);
  • Build and maintain a centralized PR library by gathering, centralizing and organizing the last version of all approved promotional materials ready to be published as well as all external publications about MindMaze;
  • Stay on top of incoming and outgoing commercial email, follow up with requests as guided by the Marketing Director and dispatch new leads to responsible country teams;
  • Help organize product demonstrations at trade shows and deliver presentations to customers and prospects;
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to lead projects through the Materials and Medical Review process; 
  • Keep MindMaze’s internal MindMotionTM product dashboard up to date.

Qualifications

Essential skills

  • A first relevant experience providing analysis of the competitive, regulatory and health-economics environments to Marketing teams in technological companies;
  • Experience liaising with Field teams;
  • Minimum BA/BS degree, ideally and MBA degree;
  • Fluent in English.

Icing on the cake:

  • Experience in a start-up environment;
  • Experience in sales and marketing in the medical devices or consumer-health fields;
  • A good command of French or German.
