Job Description

As an electronics engineer you will join our Hardware department and ensure the validation of high performance embedded systems.

You will:

  • Manage the hardware design: From the schematics,write detailed test plans to cover all the PCB functionalities and execute the measurements.
  • Participate in product compliance  testing (EMC, ESD, radio, electrical safety): Prepare the prototypes and participate in the external laboratory tests.
  • Implement hardware modifications and optimizations: Implement bug fix and design optimizations prior to industrialization;
  • Implement in-situ hardware tests for production: Write built-in tests and automated tests and setups for production;
  • Hardware design and test documentation: Write requirements, test plans, test record documents, control traceability and participate in risk analysis;
  • Participate in new project design and development;
  • Study and evaluate different commercial hardware solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Electrical engineering  or equivalent;
  • 3-5 years of experience in embedded hardware development;
  • Experience in RF, analogue and digital design;
  • Experience in industrial product development;
  • Knowledge in hardware product testing and certification;
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Icing on the cake

  • Previous work in Medical industry;
  • Good command of the french language.
