Job Description

As a product manager, you will work closely & effectively within an interdisciplinary environment including sales, marketing, R&D, clinical and regulatory teams, in order to helpdefine the market position of MindMaze’s neurorehabilitation current & future products.

In particular, you will:

  • Utilise & synthesise the input from the market end to define market requirements & develop product development plans & roadmaps.
  • Develop budgets, approve, initiate and manage to delivery internal product development projects working closely with the technical product development team leads.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and work closely with the sales team to inform the strategic positioning of the product to customers, partners, market influencers and Key Opinion Leaders Support the Market Development Director in defining the marketing strategy for MindMaze’s MindMotion platform & devices;
  • Support the Market Development Director & marketing manager to define the pre-launch & launch initiatives, bring products to market and develop and execute best-in-class marketing plans utilizing deep marketing knowledge and former successful launch experience.
  • Articulate all the outbound tasks necessary to clearly explain the benefits of product features and translate them into customer-facing messaging.
  • Give product demonstrations at trade shows, delivering presentations to customers and prospects, as well as creating marketing collateral.
  • Drive product adoption—including arming sales with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful; developing customer-facing presentations; updating the Web site; as well as outlining the marketing programs required for demand generation.
  • Build collaborative relationships cross-functionally across the company and collaborate with the global commercial, marketing, clinical, regulatory, development and supply-chain teams;
  • Partner with the customer facing Field Teams providing training and leading workshops focused upon disease awareness, new product adoption and patient access;
  • Establish ways to measure impact, report results, and identify issues that could potentially create barriers to patient flow/access and provide solutions;
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to lead projects through the Materials and Medical Review process;

Essential skills:

  • Extensive product management in the medical device industry;
  • Proven experience of launching a product from the embryonic stage to a successful completion
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and negotiate business solutions in a complex and fast paced environment and interdisciplinary teams
  • Willingness to travel
  • Minimum BA/BS degree, ideally and MBA degree;
  • Fluent in English.

Icing on the cake:

  • Experience in a start-up environment;
  • Experience in sales and marketing in the medical devices field
  • A good command of French or German.
