Job Description

As a marketing specialist, you will manage MindMaze’s day to day marketing activities and work with the director of market development to define the long-term marketing strategy for the company. After a period of familiarization, you will be offered the opportunity of managing the marketing team.

In particular you will:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor innovative and impactful marketing strategies and tactical plans to maximize opportunities, minimize threats and meet MindMaze’s business objectives;
  • Develop and manage the full marketing life-cycle for MindMaze products including product launches;
  • Plan and implement marketing initiatives and Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities;
  • Create and publish (online and print) marketing material in line with marketing plans;
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications;
  • Interface with sales, sales leadership, and corporate accounts to ensure the needs of field personnel are being met to support the sale of the MindMaze products;
  • Establish and foster relationships with KOLs to understand market trends, market dynamics, technology changes, competitive strategies, and identify insights/opportunities for the franchise;
  • Provide support at marketing events and exhibitions as required. Develop pricing strategies and guidelines to optimize profit and mix to meet MindMaze objectives;
  • Develop strategies, promotional campaigns, and programs to positively position MindMaze products to increase market share, revenues, awareness and adoption, and solidify their clinical utility;
  • Expand awareness of Stroke rehabilitation for which Mindmaze is developing solutions;
  • Ensure the team is developing accurate sales and manufacturing forecasts to meet customer demand;
  • Work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches;
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives;
  • Oversee and manage day to day brand budget, and ensure on-time delivery within budget of all marketing initiatives;
  • Support sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration, and product capability material;

  • Demonstrated ability to use analytical skills and rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.

Essential skills:

  • Minimum BSc Degree in marketing, MSc would be preferred;
  • Proven experience of marketing for consumer or capital healthcare industries;
  • Demonstrated ability to translate clinical information into marketing strategies;
  • Fluent in English.

Icing on the cake:

  • Experience in a start-up environment;
  • Experience in the medical devices field;
  • Experience in managing small marketing team
  • A good command of French or German.
