Job Description

As a Public Relations and Communications Manager you will:

  • Support senior management in defining and communicating strategic direction appropriately to internal and external stakeholders.Partnerships and branding;
  • Develop and maintain partnerships that will enhance mindmaze's visibility and reputation;
  • Assess and prioritize opportunities based on MindMaze's vision, mission, strategy and budget goals;
  • Deliver professional presentations to potential clinical and strategic partner organizations.
  • Negotiate and follow through with partners to deliver shared value;
  • Provide support for communications strategy and external outreach to potential investors,press and targeted groups such as patient associations.

Essential skills:

  • Extensive experience as a public relations officer or equivalent;
  • Relevant experience of fundraising;
  • Proficiency in Ms Office suites and project management software or applications (such as Trello, Slack…);
  • Ability and willingness to develop skills in other office packages (Confluence, Jira…);
  • English mother tongue, Min B2 level of French or willingness to learn.

Icing on the cake:

  • Previous work experience in consumer technology and services companies;
  • Experience in a start-up environment.
