Description
Milton CAT is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator. Responsibilities include processing sales and rental orders, coordinating and scheduling transportation of sold and rented equipment, assisting sales representatives with information on machines and attachments, and supporting the sales manager in the overall machine sales effort.

Essential Duties
• Process machine sales and rental orders
• Coordinate machine preparation with the service department
• Coordinate machine transportation
• Assist machine sales representatives in their sales efforts
• Manage attachment inventory
• Maintain store machine inventory
• Assist in trade show preparation
• Assist in all aspects of the sales and rental process
• Back up other Inside Sales Coordinators in the territory
• Occasional travel typically within Milton CAT territory (typically within driving distances)
• Performs related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Requirements
Associates Degree in Business Administration, communications or related field required. Equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of an associate’s degree.

• High school diploma or (GED) equivalent
• Ability to change priorities and remain productive in a fast-paced work environment
• Perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Flexible to work after hours when needed to meet customer needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of CAT product line and attachments

Preferred Skills and Competencies
• Heavy equipment service/maintenance knowledge
• Knowledge of construction machinery and its applications by our customers
• CAT Dealer software (DBS)
