Job Description
As a Global CAR-T Medical Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the global Medical Affairs strategy for zamto-cel, Miltenyi Biomedicine’s innovative CAR-T therapy. You will support the preparation and delivery of the global launch across Europe, the US, and Japan, ensuring scientific excellence, strong external engagement, and cross-functional alignment.
As a key member of the Global Medical Affairs team:
- You will develop and execute the global Medical Affairs strategy and related programs, driving launch readiness, scientific differentiation, and cohesive cross-functional execution across Clinical Development, Market Access, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
- You will develop and execute the global Medical Education and Scientific Communication activities, including publications, scientific congresses, scientific platforms, and the design and delivery of high-quality training programs for internal Medical Affairs and commercial teams in multiple countries.
- You will plan and facilitate advisory boards and collaborate closely with global clinical experts (KOLs), generating critical medical-scientific insights, strengthening scientific exchange, and integrating external perspectives into our strategic decisions and plans.
- You will continuously monitor and interpret external scientific and clinical developments, systematically communicating insights to internal stakeholders, especially Commercial, to ensure medical alignment, strategic relevance, and informed planning.
Qualifications
As a Global CAR-T Medical Manager, you bring an advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) and solid Medical Affairs experience in Hematology or Oncology .
- You have proven experience in Medical Affairs in pharma/biotech, with global (preferred) or at least regional responsibility.
- You have experience in scientific communications, publications, advisory boards, and congress activities.
- You have worked on product launches in Hematology (preferred) and / or Oncology, CAR-T experience is a plus.
- You are a strong communicator and collaborator, skilled at working within global, cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
- You demonstrate high scientific integrity, regulatory awareness, and compliance mindset.
