Job Description
This is a temporary position covering maternity leave from April 20 - July 10, 2026, with part time hours of 20-30 hours per week. Pay is $40-45/ per hour.
While we are looking for someone with both Paid Ads and Email experience, your focus will be on Meta backend management, client email communication and creative strategy. Position is fully remote.
Let’s break that down a bit more:
Strategy
- Completes creative briefs for assigned clients for:
- Meta Ad Creatives
- Email Campaigns
- Email Flows
- Majority of work will be emphasized on Meta Ads, with supplementary work on Email
Ad Account Management
- For your assigned clients engaging with us on Meta Ads services, you will be responsible for backend management including account scaling, budget management, account maintenance/structure, and new testing
Marketing Calendars
- Manage each email client’s marketing calendars leveraging past performance and competitive analysis to guide decisions on campaigns and flows to run in the account.
Implementation
- All ad and email implementation will be handled by our associate level employees, but we do expect you to QA them before turning live
Reports
- Compile clients’ monthly reports
- Update client KPI Tracker - Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
- For select ads clients only, provide a weekly email recap of current performance
Client Communication
- Address any client emails as they pertain to the service, strategy, results, etc.
- All other email communication regarding timelines and approvals are handled by our Project Manager
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of paid Meta advertising experience
- 1+ years of Email Marketing/ Klaviyo experience
- 1+ years experience creating and executing ideas at an agency focused on e-commerce brands
- Expert knowledge of Meta and Shopify
- You've managed more than 5 clients at one time with budgets over 5K
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically paid social best practices
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands
- Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority
- Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environment with ambiguity
- Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing when to escalate when necessary
- Ability to maintain composure and continue to execute under pressure or periods of high stress
- Willingness to dive in and find answers to complex problems where solutions may not yet be documented
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Development, or related fields)
