General Manager duties: -

• Work closely with the Operations Manager
• Ensure your customers and your staff are looked after extremely well within the busy, fast paced and high-volume establishment
• Motivating, training and developing your team
• Opening and closing
• Stock control
• Planning rota's
• Ensuring the restaurant and staff adhere to company policies and H&S / F&H regulations

General Manager requirements:-

• Essential to have 2 years plus previous experience as a General Manager within a high volume food and beverage restaurant
• Have a strong management and customer focused background
• Be strong on your commercial awareness / sales driving and financials
• Love people whether customers or staff
• Have a positive and happy attitude
• Be dynamic and hands on
• Have the ability to work under pressure whilst being a brilliant motivator and inspiring your team within a professional but fun environment
