Position Summary:

Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an ambitious District Manager to oversee multiple Milan clinic locations. The ideal candidate is a team oriented individual with outstanding experience in consultative sales, team management and superior customer service. Candidates must also possess a high level of passion for the services that we provide.

Location: Must live in or be willing to relocate to New York

Travel: Up to 80%

Status: Full-time

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Your responsibilities will include:

• Continuously promotes Milan company culture
• Regularly visits each clinic in assigned district
• Provides coaching and feedback to clinic managers
• Provides final steps of training for new clinic managers
• Oversees sales consultations and provides feedback to clinic managers
• Provides general coaching and feedback for clinic managers
• Provides coaching for administrative assistants
• Continually tracks clinic sales, conversion, KPIs and reviews with managers
• Partakes in hiring process of new employees
• Attends weekly manager, administrative and corporate meetings
• Oversees clinic schedules
• Aids in resolving general personnel issues
• Collaborate with Human Resources on relevant personnel issues
• Maintain a positive working environment for all team members

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Display a stable work history
• Have a minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience
• Have a minimum of 5 years of team management experience
• Have a professional background in laser hair removal or a very closely related industry
• Must live in, or be willing to relocate to, an area near a major airport in New York
• Have a highly polished demeanor and strong team mentality
• Display exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Display a passion for the aesthetics industry
• Display a high level of initiative and accountability
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Be able to sit or stand for up to 9 hours a day
• Be able to work a highly flexible schedule
• Meet the minimum requirements to rent a vehicle
• Successfully pass a background check

Our top candidates will also have the following requirements:

• Have a professional background in laser hair removal or a very closely related industry
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing multiple locations
