Company Description

A busy Social Security Disability law firm has an immediate opening for a full time Legal Assistant. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle a wide range of administrative/support tasks, be well organized, pro-active, and able to interact with a diverse group of people.

Job Description

Typing correspondence, answering multi-line phones, faxing, scanning and other general office duties. The position involves client contact by phone and in person.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Type 45 wpm and be well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
3 years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education & experience preferred.
Legal Experience, and Spanish bilingual a plus but not required

Hours: Monday - Friday, Part Time postion - Flexible
