Basic Salary £25k OTE £55 plus car


Our client are a highly successful Franchise Car dealership and are part of a multi-national group, the 44th largest worldwide. Their company ethos is built around three main principals of great customer service, trust and transparency which they have developed over the last 25 years.

This busy Franchise dealership are looking for a highly motivated driven individual to join one of their sites in Bristol as Business Manager / Finance Manager, with an average sales of 90 cars per month.

You will need to possess a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in car sales or a financial services related environment, be tenacious, enthusiastic and take personal responsibility for team achievement. You will approach your work with passion to deliver high standards of customer service with an outgoing personality forging good relationships with both the team and customers. A good flexible work ethic able to organise and prioritise your work load with good attention to detail is a must for this role.

Responsibilities Include:

Gain in-depth knowledge of finance and insurance related products

Introduce all customers to a range of finance and insurance products

Ensure the smooth handling of customer documentation

Taking payments

Leading the sales team in the absence of the Sales Manager

Determine customer needs and discuss finance and insurance options

Follow up existing and potential customers to generate sales leads

Closing Sales

Maximise impact of showroom and external vehicle display areas.
