Job Description
Location: Warsaw or within commutable distance | Minimum 3 days/week in Warsaw office — no full remote work possibilities.
Source, interview, and hire top talent for Strategy teams across multiple regions, including the USA — with a strong focus on international recruitment.
Collaborate daily with senior hiring managers and top-level leadership to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
Drive recruitment operations by managing job postings across internal and external platforms, and maintaining accuracy in our recruitment system (Smart Recruiters).
Align closely with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure recruitment strategies support broader organizational goals.
Lead recruitment status meetings and deliver detailed, insightful reports.
Take ownership of additional recruitment operations, including shared service tasks such as background checks and compliance-related processes.
Contribute to employer branding efforts, including representing the organization at job fairs and recruitment events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with proven success in international recruitment.
Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable engaging with top-level leadership on a daily basis.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams.
High adaptability and a proactive mindset.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
