Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations:
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Assist in probationary and contract management, including preparation, monitoring and driving the process to close.
- Support the benefits initiatives and implementation.
- Support on government subsidy application for company and individual.
- Data maintenance and reporting.
- Recruitment Support:
- Participate in the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and records in the applicant tracking system.
- Employee Relations:
- Design, organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events to enhance workplace culture and team cohesion.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program. Major in Human Resources would be a plus but not not limited to it.
- Strong ownership, high responsibility, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , poster, video making and social media platforms.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
