MicroStrategy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Product Management, Cloud to lead our product management efforts in the fast-growing cloud space. This senior leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our cloud-based products and services, contributing to the company's overall growth and success. 

Your Focus: 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for MicroStrategy's cloud offerings, aligning with the company's broader business objectives. This includes defining the vision for our cloud products, identifying market opportunities, and setting clear objectives for product development and growth. 
• Leverage your extensive experience to drive the design and architecture of cloud solutions. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that our cloud offerings are built to scale, perform efficiently, and adhere to best practices. 
• Lead initiatives to migrate legacy systems and applications to cloud-based solutions. Develop migration strategies, assess technical feasibility, and manage the execution of migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. 
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of cloud products. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. 
• Define and communicate the cloud product roadmap, outlining key features, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Balance short-term priorities with long-term vision. 
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other departments to drive product development, launch, and go-to-market strategies. Ensure that all teams are aligned and working towards the successful delivery of cloud solutions. 
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs through market research, customer feedback, and engagement. Work closely with customer-facing teams to gather insights and prioritize product enhancements that improve the user experience of MicroStrategy's cloud products. 
• Manage the financial aspects of the cloud product portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to support product development and growth. 
• Ensure that MicroStrategy's cloud products adhere to industry standards, compliance requirements, and security best practices. Mitigate risks and proactively address security concerns. 
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of cloud products. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. 
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that can enhance the value proposition of MicroStrategy's cloud offerings. Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial alliances and expand market reach. 

Required Experience and Skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in product management, with a focus on cloud-based solutions. 
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing product management teams. 
• Extensive experience in designing, building, and migrating legacy systems to cloud solutions. 
• Strong expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure, and best practices, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 
• Successful history of developing and marketing cloud solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth. 
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills. 
• Deep understanding of analytics and business intelligence is a plus. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
