Job Description

The primary purpose of HR Specialist is to direct and support all Employees in Poland and provide operational support to US employees. Experience in HR and an understanding of Labor Law and HR processes is essential for success in this role. The individual in this position will collaborate closely with Managers in Poland and in the US.

Job Description

  • Updating the HR system and maintaining accurate records throughout an employee’s lifecycle (completing forms, reports, logs, and records)
  • Prepare employment documents
  • Acting as a point of contact and communicating with employees from various teams
  • Run reports from HR Systems database
  • Cooperation with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and external parties
  • Perform related tasks and projects as assigned by HR Business Partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working in HR administration field
  • Understanding of HR software systems (Workday preferable)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Willingness to gain experience in international HR administration (HR Shared Service)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
  • Able to work independently in an international environment  
  • High level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize
