Job Description
The Role: Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, the Manager, Sales & Services Operations will oversee the rhythm of Sales and Services business activities including Quarterly Business Reviews and other cadenced reporting. The Manager will assist in identifying and prioritizing business needs, and effectively implementing large-scale organizational, process and system changes to expand the Sales & Services businesses. This is a highly visible role - the ideal candidate should demonstrate a keen sense of bias for action. The Manager, Sales & Services Operations will lead a small team to perform thoughtful analyses of our sales and services operational processes and thoroughly execute.
Your Focus
- Provide Worldwide Sales & Services with operational support through analyses including but not limited to forecasting, margin optimization, pricing, and worldwide selling patterns
- Take responsibility for identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting findings to members of Worldwide Sales & Services leadership team
- Develop relationships and processes with Sales, Consulting, HR, Finance and Operations to execute the operational priorities
- Assist Sales & Services Managers in all aspects of evaluating their teams’ performance including a thorough understanding of compensation programs
- Ensure that appropriate key performance indicators are identified, measured and inspected to improve the analysis of the business performance
- Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
- Support a broad range of business process improvement initiatives with reporting and analysis using a variety of software tools
- Support the continued growth of the business with a focus on standardization, repeatable processes and scalable assets

Required Experience and Skills:

You should also bring the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in operations, engineering, finance, economics, or other analytical fields
- Robust analytical skill-set, Excel proficiency required, experience with MicroStrategy or other BI tools highly preferred
- Deadline driven, self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task
- Solid team player with the ability to influence
- Team management experience
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Experience and familiarity with the business intelligence analytics industry a positive
- Strong business acumen and understanding of operational and financial reporting methods.
