Job Description
The Role: The Operations Analyst is responsible for driving meaningful change in the business by effectively implementing large-scale organizational, reporting and system changes to align with corporate priorities. Supporting the office of the President, this role will develop and deliver on strategic systems initiatives in conjunction with IS, business users, department leaders, and other key stakeholders. The Operations Analyst reports to the Senior Director, Operations.
Your Focus:
- Work with executives and key business users to define, develop and maintain a set of core dossiers to improve department efficiency and track departmental KPIs
- Create specifications for system enhancements through collaboration with business users and communicate requirements to IS
- Collaborate with IS and Operations to prioritize systems and reporting initiatives in line with corporate priorities
- Lead a broad range of business process improvement initiatives with reporting and analysis using a variety of software tools
- Support the continued growth of the business with a focus on developing standardized processes and scalable solutions
- Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues

You should also bring the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years relevant work experience
- Robust analytical skill-set, Excel proficiency required, experience with Salesforce, R/SQL, and/or BI tools preferred
- Deadline driven, self-motivated, organized and able to multi-task
- Strong business acumen and understanding of systems and worklflows
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively across levels and departments
- Experience and familiarity of the business intelligence analytics industry a positive
