Job Description

  •    Technical support for the entire MicroStrategy Business Intelligence product suite
  •    Dedicating time to resolving customer issues
  •    Contributing to the growth of our Knowledge Base and identifying ways to increase customer satisfaction
  •    Being open to constant development by participating in Internal Training Programs

Qualifications

  • Possess analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be interested in IT/Business and willing to grow professionally in the field of Business Intelligence      
  • Be a team player
  • We welcome candidates who have studied or gained on–the–job experience in one of the following: SQL, Relational Databases, Web/Internet  Technologies
