Job Description
· Technical support for the entire MicroStrategy Business Intelligence product suite
· Dedicating his/her time to resolving customer issues
· Contributing to the growth of our Knowledge Base and identifying ways to increase customer satisfaction
· Being open to constant development by participating in Internal Training Programs
Qualifications
· Possess analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
· Be interested in IT/Business and willing to grow professionally in the field of Business Intelligence
· Speak fluent English and of the following: French or Italian
· Be a team player
· We welcome candidates who have studied or gained on–the–job experience in one of the following:
- SQL
- Relational Databases
- Web/Internet technologies
Additional Information
Currently we work from home. After pandemic we will work 4 days from home and 1 day from the office.
