Job Description

Your Primary responsibilities will be to improve and enhance our recruiting, hiring, and onboarding capabilities through systems and programs that are designed to create a seamless Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.  You will enjoy partnering with our Global Team of Recruiters, aligning priorities and collaborating on new initiatives.  You like working with data and have implemented or supported an Applicant Tracking Systems to provide a world class candidate experience, hiring team experience, and ability for recruiters to facilitate the experience.  

About the Job

·       Leading a team responsible for Talent Acquisition operations and scheduling to ensure processes are followed as designed, all interviews are arranged in a timely and consistent manner through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and the in-person hiring experience at MicroStrategy is considered best in class. 

·       Serving as a  trusted Advisor on all aspects of using our ATS.  Maintaining and configuring the ATS to ensure a positive experience for Hiring Managers and Candidates.

·       Partnering with our Recruiters and hiring team members – supporting them by arranging interviews and all associated travel.

·       Reporting on recruiting and hiring activity leveraging our ATS and purpose-built reporting out of the MicroStrategy platform. 

·       Managing multiple projects within the Talent Acquisition space, such as rolling out and maintaining consistent interview methodology and guides to enhancing our processes to better manage candidate flow, to determining the requirements for configuring our ATS to support a consistent approach to obtaining interview feedback.

·       Managing relationships with external vendors that support our Talent Acquisition efforts.

·       Partnering with different teams within the Human Resources function and within the Business to ensure a seamless end to end recruitment process paying close attention to transition periods, such as orientation and onboarding. 

·       Tracking and monitoring EEO data, Hiring Metrics and recruiting activity on an as needed basis.


 

Qualifications

About You
 

·       A minimum of 5 years of work experience with 2 years experience in a Talent acquisition Operations role.

·       Experience working with and configuring an ATS. It would be preferable to have ATS implementation and integration experience.

·       Proven Project Management experience.

·       You are an excellent communicator. Your immediate preference is to collaborate on initiatives and you have learned how to influence others and bring everyone on the journey together. 

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, with advanced skills in Excel)

·       You have earned your Bachelor’s degree.
