Job Description

Are you a good storyteller who can articulate a culture and the value of joining a new team or organization? Are you a technical sourcer who enjoys uncovering top technical talent using whatever MacGyver skills and resources that you can get your fingers on? Do you use your Boolean search techniques, social media trolling, and networking skills to uncover cool, fun and sharp technical talent in the area? Do engineers and your fellow talent acquisition peeps see you as a true partner? If so, let's talk.

This is a snippet of your mission: 

• Build and maintain a healthy technical talent pipeline for various teams
• Generate interest in passive technical candidates to hire into our ecosystem
• Enhance the talent acquisition team’s ability to rapidly target, identify, source, and present the most talented candidates for current and future requirements
• Develop search strategies, and build target lists of top talent in the area

Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills:
Motivation, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Teamwork, Customer-Focus. 

You should also bring the following:

• Possess 3-5 years of technical sourcing and recruiting experience
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and aptitude
• Command exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have hands-on experience with various tools (i.e. SmartRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• Demonstrate a proven track record of identifying and closing exceptional candidates

In your toolbelt should be: 

• Versed in Boolean logic to use for name and contact generation
• Strong sense of urgency
• Attention to detail
• Proven ability to deliver product on time
• Creative sourcing strategy skills
• Familiar with diverse technology stacks and tools
