Job Description

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Provide a strategic vision for account development
  • Advise clients across a variety of integrated marketing initiatives
  • Maintain and grow revenue from clients
  • Lead new business proposals/pitches/RFP responses
  • Meet agreed client deadlines
  • Act as an ambassador for Metia at all times
  • Train, mentor, and manage direct reports

Qualifications

What you need to bring

  • 6+ years’ marketing experience either in-house or agency-side
  • Previous Microsoft experience
  • The ability to inspire others and lead account and project team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in managing complex accounts and stakeholders
  • Strong team player but able to work on own initiative
  • Experience in setting and managing budgets for clients and teams
  • Strong networking capability
