• A stable work history and a track record of commitment and reliability
• Expert-level ability using bid management and estimating software
• Strong leadership qualities and the confidence to contribute to a high-performing team
• Proficiency in Quick Bid with OST—a must
• The ability to take direction well while also stepping up with initiative and problem-solving instincts
