Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the retail location
  • Drive sales growth through customer relationship development and agronomic expertise
  • Manage and develop staff, fostering a positive, performance-oriented team culture
  • Ensure efficient facility operations, inventory management, and service delivery
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic goals and improve location performance

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience within the agriculture industry
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and long-term relationship building
  • Prior experience in agricultural retail strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage both operational responsibilities and sales initiatives effectively

Additional Information

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both professional and personal well-being.
