This is a rare opening that won’t be available for long! You’ll be stepping into a large, established book of business with tremendous earning potential — perfect for a motivated sales professional ready to take their career to the next level.

The right candidate will have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the agriculture industry, and the drive to make an immediate impact. Local candidates are preferred, but exceptional applicants from outside the area will absolutely be considered.

💰 Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
  • Commission: $10,000 – $130,000+ (realistic potential to double your base salary — and then some!)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build deep relationships with customers and become a trusted partner in helping grow their business.
  • Deliver exceptional, value-added service that positions us as the customer’s go-to supplier.
  • Develop creative, customer-focused solutions that drive sales and improve our offerings.
  • Execute company sales strategies and meet or exceed established targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Proactively identify key decision-makers and influencers within accounts and strengthen those relationships.
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance, forecast metrics, and achieve growth goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute effective campaigns and drive engagement.
  • Resolve customer issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Agriculture, Ag Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience
