Job Description

Join a well-known and established Ag Retailer in Wausau as an Agronomy Sales Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth, as the selected candidate will be groomed to eventually take over as the General Manager within approximately five years. The ideal candidate will have experience in agriculture or Ag Retail and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales operations of the location, including promoting and selling agronomy products to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff members.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for business improvement and expansion.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Benefits

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in agriculture or Ag Retail.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and foster positive relationships with customers.
