Job Description

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial drywall and steel stud framing? Our well-established Commercial Drywall/Steel Stud Framing company is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Commercial Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee project management activities, leveraging your expertise in project management, estimating, and software tools such as On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Utilize On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid software for estimating and project management.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management in the commercial construction industry.
  • Proficiency in estimating and project management software, such as On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000
