Responsibilities:

• Accurately apply fertilizer and chemicals according to blend sheet instructions.
• Ensure precise application and attention to detail.
• Work extended hours during the busy season.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with inventory management, daily operations, product deliveries, and customer service.
• Perform Agronomy sales or equipment maintenance and repairs during the off-season.
• Focus on crops such as corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa.

• Previous experience as a Custom Applicator preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to work long hours during peak seasons.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of crop types and application techniques.
• Experience with inventory management is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
