As a  Fertilizer and Chemical Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in spearheading the sales of chemicals, fertilizers, and agricultural inputs to agriculture retailers in the region.

Job Description

Desired Background and Skills:

  • Experience in sales and/or marketing, or a strong ambition to build a career in the chemical industry.
  • Background in agronomy with a degree in Agriculture.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling and face-to-face sales.
  • Goal-oriented with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in the agricultural industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently.

Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, supplemented with a commission structure.
