Job Description

Are you passionate about making impactful recommendations to growers with the backing of the best team and technology in the industry? This premier position puts you at the forefront of our company, serving as the face of our brand when engaging with growers. As a Key Accounts Manager, you'll be entrusted with leveraging your agronomic knowledge to help our customers achieve high yields year after year.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of each customer's business and craft strategies to foster partnerships aimed at mutual growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with team members to deliver value-added services and position ourselves as the preferred retailer for our customers.
  • Innovate solutions that enhance our products and services, driving continuous improvement.
  • Execute the company's sales strategy with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various locations to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products and services to meet customer specifications.
  • Drive sales growth by achieving specified targets.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and preferences, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Identify key influencers and decision-makers within customer relationships, fostering deeper connections.
  • Leverage sales technology effectively to monitor progress, update goals, and track results.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy.
  • Manage customer complaints and conflicts with professionalism and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer expectations and provide exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to support team growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Forecast key account metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

Location: College Station and Bryan, TX area

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Ag Business, or a related field.
  • One to two years of sales experience (required).

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000/year + Commission
