Site Leader
Mount Laurel, NJ (onsite)
3+ Month (Temp to Perm)
Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm
Qualifications
Seeking a Site Leader to oversee daily print, copy, scan, document services, and facility support operations. This role serves as the primary on-site contact for customer issues and contract compliance, supports operational excellence, assists with staff oversight, and ensures service levels, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the site, including print, copy, scan, and document production services.
Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer service and contract compliance.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
Previous print, copy, and document production experience required.
PC proficiency and strong customer service skills required.
Experience delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions.
Experience operating advanced office and production equipment and performing complex production jobs.
Monitor and support workflow, service level agreements, quality standards, audit compliance, and deadline achievement.
Create and complete work orders, reports, month-end documentation, and other required paperwork accurately and on time.
Invoice accounts and interact with customers, vendors, facility management, and occupants as needed.
Report and escalate facility-related issues, including lighting, plumbing, equipment, and system malfunctions; assist with scheduling repairs.
Coordinate vendor visits, inspections, tours, and issue resolution activities.
Assist with office moves, seating assessments, workspace layouts, and scheduling.
Manage office supply and stationery inventory levels and ordering.
Coordinate conference room scheduling and A/V equipment resources.
Train employees on workflow procedures, equipment operation, and service processes.
Assist with staffing, employee development, performance management, attendance tracking, and corrective action processes.
Maintain productivity, quality, and deadline performance metrics for assigned staff.
Place requisitions for products and supplies through procurement systems.
Support profitability through effective use of materials, supplies, and resources.
Maintain positive working relationships across departments and perform additional duties as assigned.
Additional Information
Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
