Document Services Specialist
San Diego, CA 92123 (onsite)
3 Months Contract
Mon -Fri 8am - 2:30pm (30 hours a week)

Qualifications

Associate is responsible for supporting daily print, mail, scanning, shipping, and document production operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role operates high-volume copiers and scanners, processes incoming and outgoing mail, performs binding and finishing work, maintains equipment, and provides excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate high-volume copy, scanning, and mail processing equipment.
  • Perform binding, finishing, filing, and document handling tasks.
  • Process and distribute mail, packages, faxes, and office supplies.
  • Maintain copier functionality and resolve minor equipment issues.
  • Track service logs, inventory, and billing information.
  • Deliver completed jobs to designated locations.
  • Support shipping/receiving and general office operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with print production, mail services, or office operations preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
