Office Services Coordinator
Charlotte, NC (onsite)
3 Months Contract (temp to hire)
Mon-Fri 7:00AM-4:00PM

Qualifications

This Site Coordinator will be responsible for mail services and daily courier runs to the post office. The only travel required for the position is the daily post office runs which the contingent worker will need to driver their personal vehicle for. They will be reimbursed for their mileage on those trips. The manager is looking for someone who is reliable, takes direction well, shows up to work on time, is able to work independently, and has good communication skills. This is a one-person site, and the end client is very involved with training, so this candidate should be able to work in that environment. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the site (solo role)
• Handle mailroom services (sorting, distributing, processing mail)
• Perform shipping & receiving (Client, FedEx, USPS)
• Conduct daily courier/post office runs
• Operate office equipment: Printers, scanners, copiers, multifunction devices
• Provide: Copying, printing, and imaging services
• Support additional services: Reception/front desk (if needed) Conference room setup & A/V support
• Communicate with client on a daily basis
• Ensure smooth operations and meet service expectations
• Coordinate with vendors and facility teams when required
