Job Description

Office Services / Hospitality Associate
Alpharetta, GA ​ (onsite)
3+Month (Temp to Hire)
Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Qualifications

  • The individual will be responsible for conference room setup, office support services, and ensuring a professional and well-maintained workplace environment while delivering excellent customer service.
    Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and reset conference rooms for meetings (approximately 4–5 setups daily with varying configurations).
  • Provide customer service support to employees and guests in a professional manner.
  • Assist with package delivery and distribution within the facility as needed.
  • Perform routine floor walks to ensure office areas are clean, organized, and fully operational.
  • Support general office services, including basic administrative and operational tasks.
  • Move and arrange furniture such as chairs and tables to meet meeting requirements.
  • Operate office equipment including copiers, printers, and other technical devices.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, office services, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in mailroom or copy services is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required (as per company policy).

Additional Information

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
