Job Description

Inventory Control Clerk I
Location: Phoenix, AZ (onsite)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Mon- Fri, 7:00am or 8:00am

Qualifications

This position reports directly to the Controller and works with several departments including but not limited to, warehouse, accounting, commercial operations, and pricing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review & sign off on daily receiving batches upon arrival from warehouse
• Maintain Arizona Daily Receiving Log
• Bi-monthly Receiving Log Audit with Resolution
• Number, Audit, Image, File, and Archive Daily Receiving Packets
• Identify discrepancies for receive & breaks vs. claims
o Process below threshold receive and breaks
• Process inventory adjustments
• Process code to code movements and layer adjustments after Staff Accountant validation
• Log samples received into DC warehouse
• Image transfer invoices
• Provide BOL to receivers as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Two years general accounting on-the-job or formal education
Knowledge:
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Accurate data-entry skills
• 10 key by touch.
 

Additional Information

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
