Site Manager (Print & Mail Operations)
5+ Month Temp to perm
Holyoke, MA (onsite)

Qualifications

Accountable for daily operations of a small to medium site while managing a small team. Oversees services including copy, courier, managed print, hospitality, imaging, and mail. Ensures service excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while supporting staff development and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site operations, balancing multiple priorities and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate staff; conduct performance management and employee counseling
  • Align staffing with production needs and maintain labor and quality control targets
  • Ensure achievement of service level agreements, audit standards, and deadlines
  • Apply service excellence tools to improve operational quality and efficiency
  • Maintain regular customer communication, feedback collection, and satisfaction surveys
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and business reviews
  • Manage print/mail operations including end-of-month volumes, USPS accounts, and invoicing
  • Identify service gaps and adjust processes to meet client and operational requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, orders, and service delivery
  • Foster a positive work culture and recognize employee performance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of related (B2B/technical) experience; 2+ years supervisory preferred
  • 3–5 years of customer-facing experience
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (O365)
  • Ability to present to medium-sized groups and manage competing priorities
  • Technical aptitude with print/mail operations and related tools
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driving capability required
  • Must pass background check, drug screening, and provide required health/vaccination records
  • Business casual dress (comfortable shoes, khaki-style slacks, polo/button-down shirts)

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
