Concierge Hospitality.MS Onsite
Milwaukee, WI (onsite)
3+ Months Contract
Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Qualifications
The Concierge, Hospitality & Onsite Services role serves as the first point of contact for guests and clients. This position works closely with office administration and site leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for visitors, executives, and employees. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced headquarters environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and validate visitors against guest lists; issue badges and assist with parking validation as needed.
- Support security with guest check-in procedures and serve as liaison between meeting hosts and guests.
- Act as company concierge by providing facility tours and recommendations for hotels, restaurants, and local points of interest.
- Manage conference room scheduling and ensure rooms are properly set up with required supplies and audio-visual equipment prior to meetings.
- Coordinate catering arrangements with internal teams and external vendors.
- Prepare for key client visits, including signage and workspace setup.
- Assist with executive-level client-facing support and provide backup clerical support to Executive Assistants.
- Maintain and update company phone directories and speed dial lists.
- Support group company activities, events, department meetings, and special projects.
- Perform general clerical duties including reception, copying, mail services, shipping and receiving, and mail distribution.
- Assist in daily facilities management activities.
- Create proposals within customer systems and support print production environments.
- Coordinate vendor procurement for special projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
