Receptionist
3 Months (Temp to Hire)

M-F (08 AM TO 05 PM)

Qualifications

Client is seeking a professional individual to support reception and mail services in a standard office environment. The role includes greeting visitors, managing calls, performing administrative tasks, and supporting internal teams. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and prior reception or mailroom experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet the public and issue name badges

  • Answer and transfer incoming calls from across the U.S.

  • Schedule meeting rooms for internal use

  • Perform light administrative and PC support duties

  • Maintain and update: company phone list, speed dial list, brag board, company calendar, and automated messaging center

  • Assist with envelope labels, compiling manuals, and team support as needed

  • Order, maintain, and distribute items for the promotional store

  • Participate in company and community events

  • Represent company vision, values, and mission

  • Build professional relationships with internal teams and visitors

  • Operate mail services and postage machine
