Job Description

Office & Hospitality Coordinator
Washington, DC (Onsite)
3 Months (Temp to Perm)
Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm

Driving: Yes, using personal vehicle (this position covers multiple sites around the DC/VA Metro Area)

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in an office, hospitality, or administrative role

  • Previous experience in a corporate or legal environment preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

  • Business casual attire: solid black or khaki dress pants, solid color polo (preferably black), solid black closed-toe walking shoes

  • Professional appearance and hygiene; visible tattoos/piercings may need to be covered

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use hand trucks for heavier items (up to 400 lbs.)

  • Reliable transportation; ability to travel between local sites as needed (parking reimbursed)

  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team

  • Must be receptive to feedback and capable of adapting to daily changes

  • Training may be required

Additional Information

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
