Job Description

Office & Events Support Associate
San Francisco, CA 94105
3 Months Contract
Mon-Fri, 11am - 8pm

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1-2 years of related work experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the legal industry preferred

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Experience in conference center, reception, or office admin roles

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (chairs, tables, etc.)

  • Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and basic electronics

  • Troubleshooting skills and ability to follow technical instructions

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Ability to pass a conflicts check process

Additional Information

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
