Helpdesk Support
Troy, MI 48098

4 Months Contract
Mon-Fri, 98-5pm

Qualifications

Customer Service skills, basis IT network understanding, MS Office skills (Excel) , Customer communication via email, Teams, Phone etc. Help desk ticketing system would be helpful. On a daily basis CW will be Managing the MFD and Printer fleet for our customer. First responder in the corporate building and remote support for the rest of the fleet. Walking around a corporate office building is required.

Additional Information

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
