Customer Service
Lawrenceville, GA 30043,
3 Months (Temp to Perm)
Shift Hours: Monday to Friday ( 8-5pm)
Qualifications
Temp would be responsible for contacting customers via email and phone to schedule available orders using Excel reports and internal scheduling systems, researching any discrepancies with scheduled and non-scheduled orders .There is no extensive lifting, walking or standing. Seeking candidates who resume reflect working experience with Customer service experience in a call center experience or transportation/logistics industry preferred, Microsoft Excel, data entry, great phone etiquette, able to problem-solve, critical thinking skills , effective communicator, able to manage time efficiently, attention to detail, and great follow-up skills.
Additional Information
Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
