Job Description
Role: Customer Service Scheduler
Location: Rialto, CA 92376
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Shift Hours: Monday to Friday ( 7-4 or 8-5)

Job Description:
This position is similar to call center environment – med-high outgoing calls vs incoming. On a day-to-day basis, they will be responsible for working the phone, email, and chat(aim). NO sales, only scheduling appointments. Contracts are already set the associate will be in charge of scheduling the appointments. Reporting skills. Versed in Microsoft apps. Would really like the candidate to have 3yrs or more of customer experience. The associate MSUT be a multi-tasker, learn as they go, good attendance. HOURS WILL VERY (7-4 or 8-5)
Additional Information
Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
