Job Description

Title: Call Center Representative

Location:  Fully REMOTE/Dallas, TX

Contract Duration: 12+ Months (Multi-Years)

Pay Rate: $15/Hour W2


SDC’s are responsible for assisting customers with debit cancellation while remaining 100% scripted. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following. 

  • Providing benefits status and updates. 
  • Asking probing question to understand the callers’ needs. 
  • Processing cancellation of benefits. 
  • Candidates must have basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate efficiently while using multiple applications.  
  • Candidates must be able to read and speak fluently in English. 
  • Candidate must have open availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
