Job Description

One of Messa’s Government client is currently looking for an Intermediate Procurement Officer to assist with an increase in demand

Some of the typical Duties include assisting in developing bid evaluation criteria, drafting and evaluating Statements of Work (SOWs), Evaluating bids against mandatory/rated requirements, Recommending the award or issuance of contracts, call-ups, etc. and more.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience in the procurement field within the Federal Government and knowledge of the following 1) The Financial Administration Act 2) The Procurement Administration Manual and 3) The PSPC Manual
