We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic small business team. This role plays a crucial part in handling outgoing and incoming shipments, managing warehouse inventory, and performing other warehouse tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Rancho Cordova, CA facility.

Responsibilities:

• Packing and labeling outgoing shipments.
• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for compliance with Mesotech requirements.
• Completing paperwork and maintaining electronic records associated with shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Operating a forklift, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Cleaning instruments and parts prior to shipping.
• Organizing and maintaining the warehouse and warehouse materials.
• Performing inventory counts.
• Other warehouse/shop tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to pass a thorough background check by the US Department of Defense.
• Competence using computers including Microsoft Office suite.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work standing up for a full 8-hour day.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience operating a forklift.
• Shipping/receiving/warehouse experience at a small business.
