We have an opening for Sales Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work will be considered for candidates with industry specific experience.

Primary responsibilities:

• Responsible for domestic and international sale of Mesotech’s Automated Weather Observing Systems (AWOS) and related meteorological products.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for meteorological instrumentation systems and associated installation work
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to commercial and government customers
• Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone and email
• Actively pursue new opportunities based on via phone, email, and networking
• Develop, improve, and implement sales strategy to adapt to changing market
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and partners

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field. 
• 3+ years of demonstrated success in technical sales (B2B and/or B2G)
• Demonstrated competence using MS Office suite, remote collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.) and CRM software 
• Fluent in English language, spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email and 
• Willing and able to travel as required for sales and marketing activities
• Able to pass a thorough background check by the US Department of Defense.
• This position requires access to ITAR restricted information (must be a US Person).
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination process with FDA-authorized vaccine.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in technical sales
• Experience in the general aviation and/or meteorological instrumentation industry
• Experience working with general contractors / small constructions projects
