Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Support Technician to provide support for new and ongoing contracts with the United States Air Force. This is a full-time position. As a Customer Support Technician at Mesotech, you will receiving training in troubleshooting, system integration, electro-mechanical assembly, quality assurance, and more. You will be part of a small, successful team that maintains equipment critical to national defense and US Air Force flying missions.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide phone and e-mail support to customers worldwide
- Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts for Department of Defense contracts
- Maintain mockup systems and equipment
- Prepare urgent spare part shipments for delivery to installations worldwide

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
- A.S. or B.S. in electronics, mechatronics, or equivalent
- Able to pass a thorough background check by the US Government
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
