Come make an impact!
This is your chance to step into a high-performing contact centre and make a real difference from day one.
We’re on the lookout for good humans to join us as Customer Service Representatives on a 9-month fixed term, supporting our team through an exciting period of change, with multiple roles available.
Our Masterton office is part of Meridian Energy, the largest producer of renewable electricity in Aotearoa, delivering contact centre services for Powershop Australia through our partnership with Shell Energy — combining global backing with a smarter, more customer-led way of doing energy.
Powershop offers something different — a smarter, more customer-led energy experience — and our Contact Centre team plays a big part in bringing that to life every day.
Our site is a bit of a local legend — a tight-knit team where word gets around. We’re known for being a genuinely great place to work, with a team that backs each other and gets stuck in.

This is a busy period for the team, and we need smart, hard-working people who can provide support where it’s needed most. We’re looking for people who can work confidently, adapt quickly, and help the wider team while others get up to speed. Potential completion bonus payment on completion (eligibility criteria apply).
